lloydLloyd Baggott – Corporate Advisor
Reassign’s corporate advisor Lloyd Baggott established himself, in four decades of professional practice, as one of Australia’s most versatile and accomplished project lawyers advising on the full spectrum of infrastructure, property and resources projects.

Lloyd has deep experience with urban and waterfront renewal projects, venues and stadiums, cultural and community developments, and integrated tourism and themed developments. He has driven many of Victoria’s landmark projects, most notably the Melbourne Docklands, the Port of Melbourne Channel Deepening project, the Geelong Waterfront Steampacket Place Redevelopment and the sale of a long lease of the Port of Melbourne.

Lloyd’s expertise spans listed and unlisted syndicated property investment, acquisitions and disposals of interests in land, joint venture developments, and foreign investment. He draws on wide dealings in acquisitions, mergers, tax effective financing, cross-border leasing, fund raising (property trusts, secondary mortgages, IPOs and limited partnerships) and infrastructure funding, as well as stream lending and securities preparation work for commercial and merchant banks.

Craig Wiltshire – Head, IT Consultancy and Audit
Craig is a professional IT Manager with over 18 years experience in medium to large enterprise, most recently as an IBM customer facing consultative System Engineer.  His experience includes senior IT management roles that have required the ability to utilise broad technical knowledge and a common sense approach to deliver successful strategic, innovative solutions.

Craig’s approach has provided outcomes that drive key business strategies underpinned by appropriate technologies. His experience in the strategic design, implementation and operational management of technologies relating to firewalls and security, ethernet switching, fibre switching, virtualisation, storage SAN & NAS, servers and software has delivered and supported an array of technology based solutions.

A strength is the ability to provide clients with a solid foundation of consultative solutions that provide commercial outcomes while delivering strong technology platforms, either in-sourced or out-sourced depending on needs. As the pace of change in the IT sector outruns the technical abilities of IT management and executives, Craig is able to deliver contemporary and future state advice and process that progresses our clients to an understanding of opportunity, both technically and commercially.

Senior Analysts
Reassign deploys a hub of senior analysts and cost reduction consultants specialising in all supply categories. Our analysts have a broad remit across; data analytics, tender preparation (RFP’s, RFQ’s, RFT’s), benchmarking, cost reviews, strategies and tactics. They are also highly experienced in supplier qualifications, response evaluations, BAFO, KPI, SLA & contract terms negotiation.

Client Managers
Reassign’s on-site Client Managers are our primary client-facing resources. They are ‘on-the-ground’ authorities empowered to manage projects and engage client stakeholders on a daily basis. The role brings the same valuable skill sets described above with additional and specific emphasis on stakeholder engagement and supplier management.

Back Office Support
Reassign utilises an array of back-office staff in support of our client-facing efforts. These individuals also act as back-up to our project teams in aspects requiring additional time or effort. Reassign has access to additional support resources in the event that large scale assistance is required to meet a deadline or undertake more intensive tasks.
